Completely Healed!

Posted on October 16, 2009 by lindsay in Cancer Updates, Faith, Memories, Moms Journey | 16 Comments

Mom went to be with Jesus today at 3:45 pm. We knew this morning that she was very close so she was surrounded by friends and family. She was very peaceful and had no pain. We will update funeral arrangements as soon as possible. We know that now she is completely healed and walking the streets of gold!

Thank you for your love and support through this past year.

Love, all of us

This will be a hard time for your family but may you find comfort, healing, peace knowing that your precious mother is at peace. Cherish the memories (I know you have lots of great ones) and know that they will help carry you through. As Jim and Athena said if there is ANYTHING that we can do don’t hesitate to ask.

You’ve been in my prayers through this past year and I will continue to keep you in my prayers through this next year. I have been reading your blogs and been uplifted by your faith. Your Mom and you all have helped others in ways you don’t realize. When I am praying, God sometimes brings a song to mind and this week it has been: When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, we’ll sing and shout the victory!! Beth is singing and shouting the victory!

It is hard to say goodbye to someone you love so much, but remember although Beth isn’t here in body I believe that her spirit and love lives on thru all of you and the people that she touched. She will be sadly missed by many people. I had the utmost respect for her. Cancer may take our loved ones, but it can’t take our lifetime of memories made by that person. Hold on to those precious memories they will see you through and God will keep you strong in his love.
Our prayers are with you all.
